He's Lance Stephenson.  He can be just as much of a loose cannon as Ron Artest ever was, and can match the maturity level of J.R. Smith (whom Lance oddly seems to spar with a lot).  He's also capable of dropping a triple-double on any given night, being an elite-level defender and playing the role of a Bill Laimbeer-esq antagonist.
