Kelvin Sampson ran afoul of the NCAA over text messages.  For Eddie Sutton at Kentucky, it was an Emery Air Frieght package.  But, for Oklahoma's men's basketball program, they had to report improper spaghetti consumption.

This from The Oklahoman:

"Three unnamed Sooners athletes ate more food during a graduation banquet than NCAA rules allow. The violations occurred on May 10, 2013.  The specific item overindulged on was pasta."

OU self reported this "infraction" to the NCAA and made each player pay 383 cents (or $3.83) to get reinstated.  Tomorrow's forecast for Norman: Cloudy with a chance of meatballs!

Anybody?  Anybody?
