As if things couldn't get worse for the Pacers, who face elimination in their First Round series with the Hawks, it's being reported that Paul George's home was broken into during last night's loss.  This from our friend, Scott Swan, of WTHR:

RTV6 goes into further detail about the items stolen:

"Among the missing items: a 2014 NBA platinum All-Star ring with diamonds, a watch, a pair of Air Jordan 4 'Toro" sneakers.  A $20 bill was also taken."

(The $20 bill detail is a bit odd, no?)

George has had plenty of off-court distractions, both in and out of his control, since the calendar turned to 2014. George and the crumbling Pacers will have to refocus and keep their season alive with a win in Game 6 tomorrow.
