Colts fans would love to have Peyton Manning return to the franchise, but his return to football could come via television instead. Both ESPN and Fox are putting on a full blitz for his services.
Manning is obviously a coveted replacement for Jon Gruden on Monday Night Football, and considering Gruden was banking $6.5 million per year, you'd have to assume ESPN is ponying up some big bucks to lure #18.
Given his football acumen, it seems unanimous that Manning would immediately become a fantastic analyst on any broadcast.
