Colts' Target Signs With Jaguars

The NFL free agency period hasn't officially begun yet, but the legal tampering period has, and players are beginning to agree to contracts. That includes former Panthers offensive guard Andrew Norwell:

Jacksonville is paying a hefty price tag, but the Colts desperately need help on the interior of their offensive line. Jeremy Vujnovich rated as one of the worst starters in the league in 2017, and the other spot was a turnstile in ineffective (or injured) choices.

Quenton Nelson of Notre Dame is projected to be a top-ten pick, however he'd be considered a reach at #3 overall - no interior offensive lineman has been drafted in the top five since 1985.
