The Pacers and Lakers are engaged in trade talks for Paul George, according to ESPN sources this morning. That's a deal that makes the most sense as L.A. is George's preferred destination, and publicly leaking that has partially damaged the non-Lakers trade market.
So, what is Indiana asking for? Apparently, they want that #2 pick:
Los Angeles is reportedly hesitant to part with that pick, but haven't completely shut the door on it. Some sort of a salary dump (Mozgov? Deng?) to Indiana would likely have to accompany the pick.
