Dolphins OL coach Chris Foerster is reportedly the man in the one-minute video, and he's seen snorting a white powder:
The 56-year old Foerster has spent over a quarter-century as an NFL assistant, including a two-season stint in Indianapolis as the tight ends coach under Tony Dungy in 2002 and 2003. He has been an OL coach for the Buccaneers, Ravens, Redskins, 49ers, and Dolphins.
