Indiana big man De'Ron Davis has gone from out indefinitely to out for the rest of the season:
Full statement from IU: "Indiana University men’s basketball sophomore center De’Ron Davis, who has started the first 15 games for the Hoosiers this season, underwent surgery today to repair a torn achilles tendon in his right leg and will miss the remainder of the season." #iubb— Stu Jackson (@StuJTH) January 10, 2018
Davis was the Hoosiers' third-leading scorer, and although he was having an up and down sophomore season, he's viewed as one of their most talented players.
Here's hoping he gets back healthy for 2018-19.
