The Colts have been inactive on Day 1 of NFL Free Agency, known as "legal tampering" day, but they've now lost their first in-house free agent:
Former Colts' WR Donte Moncrief intends to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars, per source. Staying in AFC South.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 13, 2018
Moncrief had a rocky year in 2017, with a career-low 26 receptions, but did show flashes of potential in the 2015 and 2016 seasons with a healthy Andrew Luck. He should get a good shot at becoming one of Blake Bortles' go-to-guys in Jacksonville.
