Dr. David Chao hasn't examined Andrew Luck's shoulder personally, but given his experience of seventeen seasons as an NFL team doctor and his own practice, we thought he could give his expert opinion on #12's status.
Dr. Chao joined us on yesterday's show to discuss Luck's throwing program and where he may be at this point in his rehab. While nothing is certain as of this moment, he's confident that Luck is on a path that hopefully will put him healthy and under center in September.
