REPORT: Lance is Out

Lance Stephenson's year-plus return to the Pacers had mostly been positive, and certainly helped him turn his own career back around, but it appears the second go-around could be over:

While this doesn't absolutely mean that Lance is done forever in Indy, it certainly doesn't look good. The Pacers could re-sign Lance as a free agent as soon as July 5th, but after drafting Aaron Holiday and possibly pursuing other guards like Marcus Smart, they may be ready to move on. However, Bob Kravitz of WTHR.com did tell us today that the Pacers aren't completely closed off to bringing him back.

The move will clear out the $4.3 million that Stephenson would've been owned for the 2018-19 season.
