In one of the most incredible endings of the 2018 Major League Baseball season, David Bote sent Cubs fans home happy late last night.
The rookie’s pinch-hit grand slam with two strikes and two outs in the 9th gave Chicago an improbable 4-3 come-from-behind win over Washington. In case you went to bed early (like I did), here it is:
