Despite injuries and an extremely thin depth chart, it doesn’t appear the Colts are rushing to add a veteran wide receiver.
GM Chris Ballard spoke about the topic with Pro Football Talk saying that the Colts aren’t going to make a move... with the key qualifier being “right now”.

As of today, TY Hilton is Indy’s obvious WR1 and Ryan Grant appears to have separated himself as the WR2. The rest is completely up in the air with unproven young players like Chester Rogers, KJ Brent, and Reece Fountain.
