If you thought the Pacers were going to wait a little longer before going all-in on Myles Turner, like I did, you were wrong.
Indiana has apparently seen enough to reward their young big man with a lucrative rookie scale extension. The news just went public earlier this afternoon:
Turner had what many considered to be a disappointing third season last year, but really worked on his body this offseason, hoping to add more strength (and aggression) to help him in the post. The jury is still out on whether Turner can co-exist on the floor with fellow young big Domantas Sabonis, but he clearly has a lot of ability.
