Should the Colts Make a Play for Frank Clark?

The Colts didn't make much of a splash in free agency, but could they take a big jump off the diving board before the start of this week's NFL Draft?

Reports are that they're one of several teams interested in Seattle pass rusher Frank Clark:

The 25-year old is coming off a career year in Seattle with thirteen sacks - he has 32 for his career. He was franchise-tagged by the Seahawks, so he's due a big contract extension (likely somewhere in the $90M range), but it's not like the Colts don't have money to spend.
