Indianapolis is known as a great sports event locale, so could the NFL Draft be the next event to showcase the Circle City?
Nashville's huge weekend (and a tweet from Jim Irsay) had fans wondering if Indy could be in the running for a future Draft:
While I'm skeptical on the attendance numbers - 600,000+ is a ton of people and nearly the actual population of Nashville itself - there's no doubt that there was a huge turnout. Studies, like the one done after the Philadelphia draft in 2017, show that the economic impact is massive.
Lucas Oil Stadium/Georgia Street/Pan-Am Plaza or perhaps even the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (nervous about the weather in late April...) could both be hosting possibilities.
